Angry Inaddeqaute heating with remote start

Recently bought a Q3 Black - Tecknik 2020 model from Audi Sasaktoon . I use the remote start function and generally start the car 7-8 minutes before I enter the car .The car does not get succifecntly heated up as it should be as 7-8 minutes is a suffcient time . I leave the temperature at 28 Deg C before I leave the car . Can anybosy advise if this is a manufacturing defect , what should I do in this case . Or else this is normal .

I leave mine on high and let it warm up for a good 15-20 minutes. It depends on ambient temp also, today was -5 deg C and It was about 15 minutes and cozy warm

Thanks for your reply . I guess I have to increase the engine running time before I enter the car
