Pirelli Tire Failure (Foam Insert)
I have less than 15K on a set of OME P Zero Pirelli tires, the tires became very unbalanced, the Dealer found that the foam acoustical material had delaminated and bunched up putting the wheel very much out of balance.
The solution the Dealer had was to remove the foam from each wheel and rebalance.
Has anyone experienced this failure?
I am currently investigating a warranty claim for defective material.

Just an update Pirelli makes it very difficult to make a claim. This is my understanding of the process to file a claim, tires have to be removed and send them in for evaluation which may take months, then the adjustment is made on the full retail price.
Needless to say this likely ends up being more costly than buying new tires from a tire dealer. Guess I will not buy Pirelli tires again.
