Question Valet mode?

I returned to my 2002TT which I had left for 4 months with the battery disconnected. I connected the battery and it started right up. I first noticed that the fuel lid button does not work and neither does the trunk release button. Hmmm, probably a fuse I thought. Then I noticed that the windows do not go all the way up, leaving a quarter inch or so from the rubber. THEN I noticed the convertible top does not function. A friend told me it sounds like it's in valet mode. I do not have a key fob, only the one key I've had for it since 2004. Any ideas? If it's in valet mode, how do I get it out? The radio was in SAFE mode and I entered the code like I always do when the battery had been disconnected and that works.
