Lap Timer on 2019 S4 with no VC???

Lap Timer on 2019 S4 with no VC???
The other day I had the lap timer flash on my screen for a while - 5 mins (I believe I was in Dynamic mode) and now I am not able to get it back.
I don't have the virtual cockpit (just the gauges with the central screen).
Does anyone know how to get this back???
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
