Default Calgary - Need a shop 2009 Audi A4

Hi guys, I'm looking for local recommendations for the Calgary area. Shops or trusted members of the forum.
A little about myself: I moved to Calgary in 2011, and greatly, truly, miss having a garage while I'm living in condo's and townhouses here. Previous to the move, I was a member of QCMA out of Regina, and maintained and campaigned a race-car under a FIA/WCMA license. Mostly Gimili Manitoba.
It breaks my heart to reach out for help, but that is what it comes down to. I haven't met many in the automotive scene in Calgary, most of my contacts are Down-town corporate.

The Trouble:
Of course, only months after the car payments stop... I can no longer start the car, it will crank, but not fire.
Engine Codes: P0016, and P0314.
Not good: The first being Crankshaft Position / Camshaft position sensor correlation bank 1 Sensor H
The Second: Camshaft position sensor / performance bank 1

This easily points to a timing belt issue / breakage. Yet, there was no stalling or a failure, simply wouldn't start after being parked, and these are the codes I read from the car. Research online says it is either the belt itself, or a problem within the wiring harness.. (Or one of the two sensors) which is not giving a thumbs up to spark.

(In the voice of the TV sales guy) But wait there is more!!!
-Battery:
I'm on my third in just as many years, sure the first time is warranted for a replacement being at the ~7 year old mark, yet every cold winter I find features like the touch lock door handles not working until I put a trickle charger on it for a while. Last December I had a batter freeze completely. (A one or two year old one). Research again tells me that I need a vagcom to program the car with a serial number to tell it is new, and not now a 8-9-10 years old one.. (So the alternator is basically only cycling these new ones 10% for longevity) yet with our cold winters, there is not enough action happening in the cells to keep it alive. (Tested the alternator and it is good). This type of trouble only happens when the temperature hits the zero mark, and below.

-Modules:
Last December, January, Feb, don't really remember the month, but when the (was) new battery became frozen and useless, I bought another. This created more issues. I'm not sure if it was the battery charger, or a couple of attempts of boosting it (With the truck turned off don't worry), once I put yet another one in that brought the car to life. I started getting dash board errors light up like a Christmas tree. Dynamic steering error, ERS error (Check Manual), Dynamic suspension etc. -- I'm a computer guy, and I know that something with trying to charge the frozen battery or the attempted boosts busted a module.. Which one? and how much?. The car was driveable in this state for well over a year until my post above.

I know personally, I can do the work, and fix all of the above, but I truly just do not have the space or tools here in Calgary. Hell I can even rule out the timing belt by taking off a valve cover and have someone crank it over while I look to see if the valves move. .. But not in a condo-outdoor-parking stall.

The combination of all this experience can lead me to a simple electrical or grounding issue too. (It always seems to be temperature dependent when things act up).
So I'm ripping off the band-aid, going to have to open up the wallet, and have someone take a look on my behalf.

Who do you trust? What end of town? Can I have their number?
