Default 2010 S5 Reliability

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for an upgrade and something AWD for this winter. My 2 options right now are the S5 and the 335i XDrive. I found a pretty good deal on a 2010 S5 with pretty low K (under 80,000).

Are there any well known issues with the S5, specifically the 2010 models? Are there any years which are prone to more serious issues and problems which I should avoid? How is maintenance and upkeep compared to the BMWs? I assume the Audi will handle much better in the snow than the BMW.

Thanks!
