I was always using premium gas - 91 Octane min- and recently I bought mid grade 89 Octane gasoline At ESSO. To my surprise the car runs better on mid grade than on premium. There is a big difference in engine responsiveness and acceleration. I also tested mid grade at Husky with the same result. Why 89 Octane is better than Premium?
