Default added used Engine Oil

Hi guys, i am new to the forums.
my engine oil light came on yesterday, and it was middle of the night and no shops were open. I so i got home and saw a bottle of Mobil 1 engine oil and added to my car. My dad called me today and told me that the oil in that bottle was used and he did not get a chance to throw it out yet. What should i do next?? thanks tons

Nothing. Oil is Oil - unless there was water in it.

If it was used'll have less lubrication.

probably wouldn't hurt to get an oil change done. especially if your close to the interval already.
