I'm looking into swapping my A5 for an RS4...

Does anyone know of any common issues with them I should be concerned about (considering there probably won't be warranty etc.) I'm looking to get away from the coupes and have heard they are much better than the new S4's.

Any advice would be great!

B6/7 S4/RS4

 

It seems to be tough here in the frozen North, but find one with a full service history. I bought a 2008 with every receipt. The DRC and coil pack recalls had been done. However, warranty work since I took over ownership has included oil cooler and lines (about $2k), carbon cleaning, and a washer fluid pump problem (about $1k). Brakes and rotors had just been done on my car. If these are up for renewal then that's probably another $1k.

But like das_audi said, audirevolution.net is where it's at for RS4 knowledge.
