There could be debris stuck where the mechanism is. You can turn the mirror **** left of the wheel past the left/right mirror image down to the bottom and it should reset. I've had mine act up(not fully unfold) and had to twist the **** back and forth until it fully opened and closed. If it persists, go see your dealer to see if they can fix it.
