Newbie question of " what dies that button do? "

Default Newbie question of " what dies that button do? "
Brand new to me 2001 TT. There are three buttons on the centre console. Gas (something) and trunk. What is the middle button. I think it might be windows drop on open door but not sure.

Also there is an access panel on the centre console that is to the right of the parking brake. What is it for?

Lastly how does one operate the headlight washers. Tried low beams on and extended pull on washers with no results

Thanks guys. My manual is in French which might as well be in Chinese

If I remember correctly(Dad had an 01 a long time ago) it disables the interior motion sensors for the alarm. Helpful with pets.

The headlight washers only work when the head lights are on. Hold the stalk for a few seconds the washers should go up and spray.
