I have an 2009 A3 for some reason my cc won't engage. I pull the switch toward me to turn it on. IT sets my current speed but won't engage. pushing the switch up or down does not change the speed setting either. If i push the switch away from ,e to turn it completely of the cc speed setting does not turn off. any ideas what's happening?

 

When a friend of mine had a similar problem on his A4, he was told a common cause if CC problem on A4 was the clutch or the brake switch (or sensor).
He got this fixed and was not expensive at all.

I would start to investigate there as well as checking the fuse.

Just my 2 cents, I am no expert...
