Default Excessive white bluish smoke

Hi can anyone help, I've had white bluish smoke giving out for a few weeks I've had it plugged in scanner but thers no faults :/. I've had it serviced oil drained and new oil filter but smoke still ther!. Although after 30 mph the smokes seems to disappear! This only happens when I'm either stationary or when taking of. What would be the reason? Thks
