Hi, I bought a 2003 Audi A4 1.8T Fronttrak with the CVT transmission. One thing I was wondering was if I can install the indash 6 disk cd changer in my car that is found on the Audi A6 and Audi A4 3.0 models. I have the single indash cd player, that I don't like very much and have noticed that the set up in my car and the set up in the one with the 6 disk cd player is different, in the console area. My car does not have bose sound system. Also, I was wanting to put a 6 disk cd changer in the trunk as well or probably in the glovebox.

My car does not have the Bose sound system, and I how I need to retrofit my car to make this fit?

Could you post a picure of what your headunit looks like please? According to Audiworld, a 2003 A4 CVT has the Symphony II head unit already.

If your unit is the Symphony I, the link above would suggest changing to the Symphony II is plug and play.
