I used Armor All to clean my seats and it leaves spots behind, what do you guys use on your Q5?

Throw away the armor all and give e-shine a call. They are a sponsor here and have the best products bar none.

Treating leather is usually at least a two step process. There is a difference between cleaning leather and treating it. The products sold at stores like Canadian Tire are usually silicone based which applies a layer over your leather sealing it but does nothing in terms of cleaning or treating. Leather is a skin which dries out and gets dirty.

Take all the advise listed in the above posts and do it right. I believe there is a DIY video in the DIY section you can refer to.

Mild Soap and clean water then Lexol products.

+1 I use Lexol Leather Conditioner. Lexol products can be hard to find. I bought mine at Apple Saddlery in Ottawa.
