I'm just wondering if there's anyone who has put an RS4 body kit on their B5 A4.

If so, could you put up some pictures and tell me what you think of them?

I can only imagine what that crappy kit is going to fit like! I don't know of any aftermarket kits that have what I would consider to be 'good' fitment - there's a reason that the OEM parts are so expensive. Maybe try searching Vortex for some opinions on aftermarket kits.

My suggestion would be to get an OEM front, then track down some decent skirts since the fitment isn't so critical on those. I'm assuming that you don't want to get into fenders (which is the best part of the B5 RS4!) since they're so pricey, and you'd have to fabricate the rears due to the B5 RS4 being Avant only.

 

Thanks cheeba, I think I'll stick to the stock body. But some mods are definitely in order, especially since my anti-modding father told me to mod it.

you should check out namotorsports.net, i found a nice one that i was thinking of getting. its a little pricy though imo

 

OEM widebody = abot $12,000 + paint.

 

I put on an Reiger RS4 bumper, it fit pretty good, no problems.

Still have to do sideskirts.

Winter will be interesting though, as I'm also riding on H&R Coilovers dropped right down.

 

Regula tunning makes a very nice body kit

 

I am sort of in the same boat as nickjays. Looking for a good kit to put on. I want to remove the stock trim on the side of the car at the bottom. Want to get some side skirts and was thinking a kit. Regula has gorgeous ones but they are a little more showy than I am looking for. I would like to find a good aftermarket S4 kit or just another kit that does look Miami Vice era!

 

Just to toss this in there, but you can also get an OEM S4 front bumper and mod it(removing the 2 front grilles...aint too hard, DIY) and kinda making it look like an RS4. A few have done it and it really looks quite nice.

I've been seeing some nice B5 A4/S4 around the GTA lately. Looking good fellas!

 

I have been looking and Reiger seems to have a nice front RS4 style bumper and decent side skirts. I dont really need a back bumper, so I will probably go with them and see how it works out.
