Default Leasing a 2011 A4 2.0T FWD - Good deal?

Hey Everyone,

New to the Board here but I've been an Audi owner since 2003. It's about time I upgrade to a newer A4 and I'm looking to Lease a 2011 A4 FWD (I have a 2003 1.8T FWD and it's great on gas and I don't need the Quattro). I'm from Richmond, BC so any Westcoast people out there let me know what you think!

I've been offered the following and I'm asking for your opinion whether or not it's a good deal:

-All options available for this model (bluetooth, xenon, AMI, metallic paint, Audi Care, less $400.00 for trim rebate) + PDI/Freight = $42,145.00
-Sale price = $40,325.00
-Less $6,800 trade-in for my current A4
-Plus doc fee
-48 month Lease @ 2.4%
-First month payment waived
-Security Deposit waived

All the above for $433.00/month (including taxes).

I've had two other dealers offer me $503.00/month (including taxes) so there's a huge difference here (everything else being relatively the same).

Obviously it's a better deal than the $503.00/month but it's making me think whether or not I can get it even lower.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
TJ
