Default Rough starting 2011 3.2 Q5

I have a 3.2L 2011 Q5 with push button start. I always use this feature to start. Just recently I've noticed it has had some rough starts. Car is garage kept, so not cold when starting. 4000 kms.

A couple of times, it has trouble turning over at all. I turn off the ignition and fire it up again and no issues.

I want to take it in, but unless it's doing it right then, I don't know what can be done.

Anyone else experience this??

Had the same issue. My injectors were leaking and were replaced under warranty.

Thanks Tony.
I popped in to book an appt today and was told that they've had a few 3.2s in with this same issue that they can't find anything wrong with. Apparently they are in contact with audi for a fix. I mentioned the injectors and they said that they'd check but no guarantee they'd find anything... Fingers crossed!
Unless I just request they replace the injectors regardless. Suggestions?

They'll likely see misfire codes in certain cylinders. They may start by trying to clean or replace the spark plugs and possible the coil packs. It didn't solve anything for me until they replaced the injectors.

I had the same issue about 6 months ago until they replaced 4 out of 6 fuel injectors, then problem solved. There is a very detail forum on this issue, please research.

So my service advisor said it's really a fuel quality issue that is fouling the injectors and that they have no problem across the pond. Having said that I'm booked in for next week to get the injectors looked at. Fuel quality problem?? All we ever use is Shell Gold.......one of two fuels Audi Canada recommends for the Q5.
