Default Special Order Options

There's a bunch of info on this forum detailing different Special Order Options. One that could use more info is SPI PYB (i.e. Comfort Seats). Did some research on it:
-available colours: black, beige, grey (NOT cinnamon)
-it's ventilated! i.e. just like the Q7 heats AND cools butt and back.
-the HVAC is only the front two seats, but to match the ventilated/perforated look, the back seat is perforated (again, NOT ventilated back seats)
I didn't splurge for this item (came down to a money thing ($2000 retail + $500 fee)). I will be jealous though of anyone who gets it, especially if you drive by me with my $99 Wal-mart neoprene cooling seat version.

There's no option for ventilated seats on the Q5.

I believe that is a special order item available in the USA.

The dealership that I was speaking to mentioned they spoke to the brand specialist from Audi Canada, named Alex (I know, same name as afretes). The $2000 price point makes some sense if it's more features than just fancier leather. It was a treat to demo it in the Q7. It's clear that the word "ventilated" is not stated in the special order options, but the UK audi site keeps using ventilated and comfort seating together. It got me intrigued, so I persisted with the dealership to look into it. Initially I was told only with Q7, but when they heard back from Audi Canada, PYB = ventilated.

Any news on this? I'm interested in the light grey interior, but it's not an option when you get the s-line... this might be the solution for me...

Two dealers told me there wasn't any special order that would let me get the light grey interior...

When I was going through (non s-line) exterior and interior colours, some combos weren't an option...unless you paid an"unconventional colour combo" fee. I think it was $500? But if the s-line seats are different (e.g. s-line badges or different supports) your colour combo might not be an option, even with the fee.

Thanks. Anybody who has an s-line, are the seats different? I don't think they are because there's no mention of the seats changing in the s-line optional package.

S line Package
•20" 5-semgented spoke wheels with summer performance tires
•S line front and rear bumper
•S line badges
•S line door sills
•S line three-spoke steering wheel with shift paddles
•Brushed aluminum trim
•Black headliner

I think I'll call Audi Canada to confirm that I can't use the comfort seat s/o because of the s-line package.

Thanks.
