Xenon Light Flickering??

The passenger side Xenon headlight started flickering on my A4. If I had to guess I would say the ballast..... any other suggestions?

Are they OEM Xenons or aftermarket? I found a solution but it was from a VW forum. Not sure if this would help but it might be worth checking the link out. Click HERE for the VW solution.

Yes, they are stock xenon's.
