A couple of days ago, my check engine light came on. But it still runs great. Fast forward to today. I'm going to my uncles house to check it out, he has a computer. So my question is, can I count on ya'll to know any code it throws at us? Thanks.

There are a few people that have the list of codes. also if hes running the vag-com scanner it will give you the code and what the error is.

Thanks we got it diagnosed. Bad EGR Valve. Is that a common problem?

I went to auto zone today and they gave me #s like 0011 and 0022 I dont see them on the audi codes they said it was cam shaft or timing issues

 

but the car runes fine no misses, starts fine, idles fine ,lots of power. ?

 

Could be frome a previous problem, did you try and clear them and see if they come back?

 

yes disconnected the battery over night and it came back in less then a day
