I found this lying around, its meant to give low level RCA outputs from a stock deck. I don't know which decks it is meant for, so i cant help you there. I know for a fact that it plugs into the stock radio harness and gives two sets of RCA outputs as well as a remote cable. I attached a pic of a Symphony diagram and where i would suspect it goes. $10 Im located in in Toronto, Bloor/SIslington.
