Hello Everyone,

I'm a VW driver turned Audi driver as of Friday when my car (08 Rabbit) was written off.

Here's my new car (delivery is next week). A4 s_line, Ibis White, Tech package, B&O sound. If anyone has some advice or thoughts, let me know!

Hi, thanks for the welcome! I've been driving a Hyundai for the last week as a rental so you have noooo idea how much I am looking forward to my first long weekend drive in her.

 

LOL! Hyundai as a loaner and then stepping into your new audi! wow! what a difference that will be! congrats on the car its sweet! as far as advice... do a few of the vagcom things like the seatbelt chime, the windows up and down with the keyfob, turn on the led DTRL so it doesnt turn off when signaling. also if you are near burlington or surrounding area come on out to our Golden Horseshoe meets! nice group of guys all at difference stages in mods and stock cars. I think we have wing night/get together this coming Tuesday the 21st at burlington mall at 7pm. check us out under the eastcoast section and then golden horseshoe section for all the meets/info. ect!

Thanks for the warm welcome and congrats! This car has reminded me again why I fell in love with VW and Audi some 10 years ago. I actually had to go for another "Test Drive" yesterday. And while the Hyundai doesn't compare to the Audi, I am surprised with the overall quality of the vehicle... for a Hyundai.

I am actually located just outside of Barrie, but i'm more than willing to drive to meet up. I'm actually hoping to join the Golden Horseshoe club for their meet at Burlington
Audi on the 8th of Oct (once i've got the car).

The VAG-com stuff is a great idea... I particularly like the DTRL for the LEDs... That's the only thing about the car that drove me nuts because I could see it in the bumper of the vehicle infront of me at the lights yesterdsay.

I do believe that it is the dealership meet. And if you could bring your vagcom that would be hugely appreciated. I'll be in the stock white B8 A4 LOL. Let me know what I can bring for you for your time and equipment!
