From what I can understand, all 2010 A4 are SIRIUS ready. Am I correct?

I want to know how much it cost you to get the service?

I see plans on SIRIUS websitre and it look pretty expensive. Cheapest one is 164$ + 20$ act. fee for 1 years... Of course if you go for a 3 years plan it cost you less monthly ..... but 485$ !!! Holly cow!

Is there a cheaper alternative or am I missing something here??

 

yes its standard on all new cars with a 3 month trial subscription

They will send you a letter when its closer to the end of the trial and provide you with a renewal rate... but from what i've read over the boards they are negotiable not unlike trying to cancel your cellphone subscription...

I decided not to renew but i do miss the satellite radio as I'm not sure if i'm keeping the car

As far as sound quality goes... how does it sound? I heard it sounds great...and I heard it sounded about the same as fm radio... What do you guys think?

 

its clearer than radio but close to CD/MP3 (and I hear the occasional noise and signal drops sometimes when near buildings or through tunnels)
