hi i have a 2006 a4 tiptronic quattro. ive noticed that once ive gotten into 5th gear and the engine revs back down there is a short vibration every time. there is also an occasional vibration after shifting into 5th or 6th gear where i notice the tach going down 200 rmps then back up and down and up and down and up until i adjust how far down im pressing on the gas, although this has only happened 4 times in about a month and a half. anyone have any idea of what this is?

 

No idea, but for the first one it sounds like you clutch work needs help...is waht i would say until i look up and see you use automatic. Take it to a shop, many do free diagnostics and ask them, thats very strange

I'm experiencing the same problem with my 06 avant, vibration between 5th and 6th gear and around 110-130 km/h. Did you solved you problem?
