I'm really hoping someone can help me out.
In 2009 they moved the 3rd brake light to the top part of the back window.
What are the chances that someone can get me dimensions of the rectangle measuring the brake light directly and NOT thru the window?
I will make this worth your while.

I would need you to pop off the plastic and expose it to be exact - measuring thru the window won't work.
