Default sway bars (h&r)

ok, what is the firmer setting on the h&R sway bars inside hole or outside hole??
any help would be great! thanks.

i have them on my TT......but unsure of what setting the guys at the shop did. they first told me its on the harder setting but then told me its on the softer setting??? im looking to harden the front!! they have it on the inner holes??

As a general rule inner is harder than outer.

Think of it like breaking a tree branch, the shorter it is the harder it is to "deform."
