Ok so it's been still not too cold in the GTA & no snow yet. So question..when are you guys going to put on your winters?? I myself will wait till the last weekend of the month. The weather still looks ok for the next 7-10 days.

 

Being in the snow belt of southern Ontario, and being caught without snows a couple of times, has convinced me that I should put them on at the beginning of November. So, mine have been on for a week already.

This year is an exception, but remember that most years it's bloody cold by now, and snows are much better suited to cold, dry roads than summer or 3-season tires. They're not just about the snow.

When the temp is consistently 7 degrees and below then it's time.
