What's the difference between euro and canadian rear bumpers

Ok I was looking for body kits and came across some that said

"Sedan Rear Valance (Euro version) fitment Requires European Bumper and supports"

does anyone no what this means to us? in Canada?

some screws and holes might align wrong. so u might need some proper tools to adjust it to fit.
