After reading on various Audi forums that even AUDI service guys do not know that DSG requires a oil/filter change at 55k, I looked at my 55k receipt and just realized that there is no indication of the oil/filter change being done!!

The receipt lists specific items such as brake oil, engine oil/filter but nothing for DSG!

This service was done more than a year ago...what should I do?!?!?

I hate to state the obvious, but why don't you call the dealer and find out if they did the oil change. If they didn't then get the oil change done. Unfortunately, my experience with Audi service staff shows that they either don't care, or they don't know much about their own cars... I'm not sure which is worse.

 

OH ~ I have suffered the same experiences, hmmm, sucks!!

I spoke to the dealer and they will be doing the DSG oil/filter change for me.

I just hope the skipped DSG oil/filter change didn't cause any heavy wear and tear on the gearbox...
