Hey guys

I have an A4 1.8tq 5 speed
Problem: When you guys start your car early in the morning does your rpm starts at high level(1200rpm) then goes back to normal when it gets warmer? My idle is staying at 900rpm when I start the car... Do you think I have a problem with my idle controll ?

 

if its too cold outside .. it does that some times. nothing to worry about.

Old thread but does anyone have a legit fix for this? my car only does the high idle when its warm, which doesnt make any sense. it should only high idle when cold. I tryed changing the coolant temp sensor and that didnt do anything.

Have you done a throttle body adaptation with VAG COM?
