The first thing I would check is the wheel balance.

Wheel balance?? well, i didn't lower my car, i just change a set of 17" winter tires on the oem wheels. i guess it shouldn't be the wheel balance problem...

You just had new tires installed, and now you have a vibration problem. It is most definitely a wheel balance problem. Bring your car back to the shop that installed your tires, and have them rebalanced. Since they didn't do it right the first time, they should not charge you.

do you have snow in the wheels?? we have got a lot of snow...or did you wash it?? ice will do the same thing, this can cause a balance problem! i would wash the wheels out before you go back and get mad!

I agree. I had the same problem as the OP. I could even feel the floor vibrating once I hit 100km/hr. When I checked there was a ton of snow ice buildup in the rims
