RS4 Suspension noise

Newly purchased 2007 RS4. Bad rear suspension noise. Sounds like the strut bottoms on low speed small bumps.

What should I expect ? Can this be fixed?

Check your DRC, there have been documented issues of the DRC system causing similar noises. It could also be causing yours.
