Default some question about clutches and suspension

hi, my oem clutch is almost done, thinking of putting in new clutch. my friend told that sachs is a pretty good brand, anyone have any idea which one i should use? and around how much do you think i should be spending. and was thinking of lowering my car, please give me some suggestion, by the way, my car is a 2001 audi a4 2.8 Q. thanks very much in advance!!

i think our oem clutches are made by sachs.

Yup...I'd say go with a Southbend. I've never heard bad reviews.
