Hey everyone, new member and hopefully on going. We've come down to make our final decision on what car we want parked in the driveway: 2008 Benz C300 or you guessed it the A3. Both are sweet rides but I'm hoping the A3 gets the nod, we test drove the C300 already and we're hoping for a Sat. test drive of the A3. This is my FIRST import buy so it better be a good one, anyways I hope to join you fine folks very soon.....

 

Welcome to the forums. Both are great cars, I assume you optioned the C class with 4-Matic?

 

Yes we did, but we may opt out on the all drive feature. Depends on what kind of offer the dealer can give us.

St Kitt's dealership........the only one in Niagara.

they had a A3 S series in the showroom, a really nice looking car unfortunately my wife is not to keen on owning a sportback but I like it, she likes the A4 S series but as stated before she really likes the C300 sport, time will tell

 

The benz is a sweet car no doubt but you'll never get a sporty sense out of it like you will with the A3.

 

With the 300, definitely not. May have a shot with the 350, that thing picks up speed mighty quickly.
