welcome to the site... I looked at your pics and it seems you dropped the whole engine/tranny to install your turbo & header. How long did it take you to do it? Was it just to install the turbo or did you have to freshen up the motor at the same time?

 

Replaced the pair of stock 2.7T K03 Turbo's with the higher flowing K04 Turbo's in my 2001.5 S4. Passenger side stock turbo's was whining under boost for a year and was on the way out, replaced before it popped. Took 1 week to R&R engine and trans by dropping subframe, replaced and upgraded a bunch of stuff, did the full TB kit too. Had stock exhaust mani's professionally ceramic coated locally to reduce under hood temps - very effective.

Any B5'ers and C5'ers from MB ?

 

hmmm... seems you're pretty handy with it if you did in under a week...

 

Well... it was a full week and needed both weekends... with a few 12 hour days in between
