Applying it to a brand new set of wheels took 20 minutes. Worth every second.

Got a call from my dealer yesterday. I dropped the Hartmanns and Bridgestones off for install, and apparently the installer marked them up. I'm going to pick them up Monday. Pretty disappointed.

Oh that sucks cadillacking! Hope they give you a discount on the mounting.

Here's mine with the Hartmann split 5 spoke in gloss anthracite and Blizzak. We had 20"+ snow last week and I powered through it no problems!

Turns out it was just a miscommunication. No harm came to my Hartmann's! The dealer is going to install the winter rims as part of the prep. Saves me carting them to and fro.

Picking up my lava grey SQ5 this week, also coming with the stock 21's, looking into winter options... Personally not a huge fan of the price and style of the Hartmann set ups offered by the dealer.

1) 20" VMR V710 in either gunmetal or matte black

2) 20" Avant Garde M310 in either dolphin or matte black

3) 19" Avant Garde M590 in either dolphin or matte black

I like the HRE flow forms, but not worth the $$ for a winter set up. Gonna probably run pirelli scorpion winters.

Any advice on the above?

Sweet color! Is this a 20% tint in the front?

If you're not digging the dealer options, my advice would be to drop Warren at Essex Distributors/RPI Equipped a line and see what they can do for you. I made one call and they were on their way. His email is: warrengoodman72@gmail.com

As for the tint on my fronts, I just had the dealer match the rest of the car. I never did ask what % it was. Too many details!

Here are pictures of the 19" OEM 5 spoke parallel winter wheels that Audi recommends for the 2014 SQ5 in winter. I went with the recommendations for the tires as well (Pirelli Scorpion Winter 235/55 R19) since the forums were clueless at the time I took delivery, winter comes quick here, and I didn't want to risk it with the kids in true winter country (-39C here this week). As you can appreciate, it is now clean...

^ It's a handsome setup, for sure.
