huh, so if the Avant is a station wagon and the Q5 is "the other white meat" then what does that make the Q5? Well, evolution ususally makes things better so, it would be the next generation Station Wagon. If the Fonz and Chuck Norris had a baby in the back of an A4, that baby would drive a Q5.

I'm just playing, I'd buy an avant for my wife in a heartbeat and it is one of her favorite cars. For me, it's a Q5, S4 or S5 and since we have a new baby, well... it's a Q5. The Avant is a great car, I just prefer the styling on the Q5.

Yesterday evening as I was parking my Q5 slowly moving backwards by a sidewalk, my right
rear view mirror automatically moved down giving me a clear view of the sidewalk. (So as to aviod hitting the sidewalk)

It was amazing. I couldn't believe it. Is this a standard feature on the Q5 ? Or was it a fluke?
Maybe a malfunction or some sort. The right mirror went back to its normal position after I came to a stop and turn off the car.

If you move the side view mirror **** to the right mirror position, when you go into reverse, the mirror will angle down.

Wow interesting.. why does this happen? only if i'm moving in reverse by a sidewalk?
How does the car know there is a sidewalk there? Sensors?

Which reminds me, what did we ever decide on for the original topic, the section subheading?
