Retrofit 2022 Touchscreen into 2019/2020/2021 Q5

Retrofit 2022 Touchscreen into 2019/2020/2021 Q5
Anybody have any knowledge if it's possible to take the new 2022 q5 touch screen and retrofit it into a 2019-2020 2021 q5?
The lack of a touchscreen is my big beef with the q5 so much so that makes me want to sell it but if I can retrofit this newer screen into my 2019 I'll keep it for a long time.
From the videos I've seen of the 2022 it looks like they've replaced the touchpad with a cutout tray that you could probably use to toss your keys or your cell phone in.
The 2022 screen is I believe 10 inches and looks a lot sharper and slimmer. With a touch screen you can pinch your fingers to zoom in and out on the map when navigating instead of using the touchpad. I really don't like the q5 navigation system but more than anything I so badly want to be able to pan on the map to different areas and you can't do that with the pre-2022 models.
