Default Replacing Water Pump

I took my car in, to a local mechanic to get checked out for a coolant leak and they said my water pump is failing and I need to replace it.

They quoted me $950 $450 for parts and the rest is labour. I saw a water pump online that matched my car and specs on rockauto.com for $220 and another one on 1Aauto.com for $85. Both matched my car specs for compatibility. Either way it seems more cost-effective if I can do it myself. It seems to me that I can do this without removing the intake but I will have to remove the intake hose, coolant reservoir, throttle body, and several other hoses and a few electrical connections to be able to get it out. It's mostly going to be Torx 30 and 10mm triple square sockets. I can’t find any other literature or diagrams but I was wondering if anybody could verify that this video is accurate for my 2012 Q5 2.0.

The first video is an Audi A4 2.0T and the second one is a 2011 Q52.0T. The first video has more step-by-step detail but the second video is closer to my making model. Has anyone ever done this or can verify the details of one video vs the other? It would be greatly appreciated.
