Really stiff steering at low speed on my 09 Q5

Traded in my A5 for a Q5 and the steering is a lot more stiff, almost uncomfortably stiff at parking lot speeds. Is this normal?

Nope, it's speed sensitive should only be stiff high speed. very ver low speed you should be able to turn it with your pinky. Take it in.

On the Audiworld forums they are saying this is expected since the 2009 model did not have Servotronic.

Unless you have an 09 with Audi Drive Select, which has Servotronic steering.

Also, a lot of A5 owners complain that the steering is too light. It's the same way in my TTS. You are going from one extreme to the other so it's going to be quite noticeable.

My bad, I didn't realize your model year. It's normal for 2009 as Tony stated.
