Q7 "setup" not working
 

Hello, my setup button is not working. All the other ones working and lighting up but the setup button. i bought it 3 days ago from a private sale and seller mentioned that he hasn't drove the vehicle in a year so he is not sure why? I need to reset time and change miles to KM. also when i open door of the car lights inside don't get turned on? im sure all this can be changed by going into the SETUP button which is not working. Please help
