Default Q7 heated seat

The heated seat on the right front has stopped working. I have checked under the seat for loose connections but unsure which plug I should be checking. Any ideas?
Thanks

Random thoughts:
There mush be some weight (e.g. someone sitting on the seat) for the heat to turn on. Unfortunately (at least with the q5) the seats can't be preheated.
the flow of heat/cool might be connected to the master fan control. Perhaps make sure the position is directed to the floor (vs. head and body option) I'm not referring to tilting the vents but instead the **** options.
If the heat/cool is working on the driver seat but simultaneously not working on the passenger side (with someone sitting on the seat), take it to the dealer.
good luck.

check the fuse if the fuse is good you can always check the connector to the coil under the seat with a volt meter to see if your getting any power to it ; if you are then your coil is probably shot ; if your not then look for a loose connection between the fuse and the connector.

I have a problem with passenger front heated electrically seat not working and am told it is not a fuse on my 2012 Audi Q7 that it runs through a relay and to the seat element grid. It could be the relay (Module) or the seat element grid itself or a connection under the seat undown so I am told. Don’t know the solution to check and fix other than dealer.
