These are the 19" optional I got on my 2010 Q5 about 7 months a go. At that time it was the only 19" available. Things might be different now.

Those are the ones. Any shots of the wheel straight so I can see the hub cover? Doesn't have to be perfect I just want to see how they look fully before I order them.

I'd take a picture of my own 19" but have my winters on at the moment, here it is from the dealer's site.

It's the same hub cover that audi uses on all their 2009+ models, hope this helps.

By the looks of the above hub covers (centre cap?) I would say it looks like this. I got these centre caps OEM from Audi... Ignore the wheel as it's not OEM, but the Centre Cap is... Click for closeup.... The cap starts at the chrome part and goes inward.
