Default Q5 Lowered with H&R Sport Springs

Got the springs installed this past week. Feels a little stiffer but with the way the roads are at this time of year it's hard to give it a fair assessment. Still going to be running winter tires for another four to six weeks, but the pictures will definitely give a good ride height comparison. Can't wait to get the 20's back on!

H&R Springs installed (approximately 1.6" lower in front and 1.5" lower in rear)

Stock Springs

Looking good Tony.

So how was Applebee's/Montana's? Or are you that a.nal about who parks next to you when you go to the mall?

Looks great...gives it a good stance.
I'm sure once you get the 20's back on, it'll look awesome...really complete the look.

I am Back of the lot for me.

@Tony. That looks killer. Does it affect the warranty at all? Looking forward to seeing those 20's!

Thanks, guys! So far I love the look. It was actually weird getting into the car the first few times because it is noticeably lower.

I had to pop into the mall. I usually park as far away from everyone as possible. Gave me a chance to snap a couple of unobstructed pics too.

They only way it will affect the warranty is if the springs directly cause a problem with the car and the manufacturer can prove it. That goes for any modification. A lot of dealers suggest that any and all mods will void your warranty just because they don't want to have to deal with any of it. My dealer is pretty good about just about anything that is done properly.

Makes sense, I'm just too damn lazy to walk any further then I need too.

How come your car doesn't have the SLine badging logo on the side panel?
