Q5 Continuous Vibration

I leased a new Q5 in April, (apparently assembled in Mexico). In the first 2 weeks, I returned the car to the dealer 3 times complaining of noticeable vibration above 80km/hr, and worsening with speed. On the first and second occasions, the dealer did nothing, not even driving the car on the highway above 80km/hr. On the third occasion, the car was kept overnight, the mechanic said that he drove it on the highway and did not notice any vibration. My immediate suspicion was that it was unbalanced wheels. I fitted a 3-axis accelerometer to the dashboard and the traces are a saw-tooth in all axes. Which confirms the vibration.

I had all the wheels balanced. This did not reduce the vibration. The vibration seems to be worse under acceleration, which maybe points to an unbalanced/bent drive shaft (??).

This is my 6th Audi with Quatro drive (1 x TT, 4 x Q5, 1 x Q3). I have never experienced this phenomenon previously. So I am wondering if other people have experienced similar vibration, and what the solution is. I am extremely disappointed with the dealer. But possibly this is a wide issue and Audi has told dealers to deny there is any problem as the fix could be very expensive.
