Q5 Bumper Removal, S-Line Grille installation on standard bumper

Q5 Bumper Removal, S-Line Grille installation on standard bumper
Has anyone performed this DIY on their own yet?
As for front bumper removal, is it basically:
1. Remove Top Cover + 8 Rivets
2. Remove 2 bolts on top, 6-8 under the bumper
3. Remove 3 bolts on each side of wheel well
4. Pull it apart
Also, if you've done the S-Line grille swap, I heard that there is some minor modding needed. Can someone explain? Thanks!
