Q5 2017 premium plus

Hi I'm new here. Just got a 2017 premium plus. I thought what I ordered was called the prestige but the bill of sale calls it a premium plus is it the same thing?

Also the booklet talks about three zone climate control. What is the third zone and how do I control it? Thanks so much

This is a US model in the video but should help a bit with your back seat zone.
