Well,

She arrived some time over the weekend (No I haven't taken posession yet and likely unless the stars align won't be around to take posession until April.) So I snuck a peek today while the dealership was closed and I have a question about the paint...

What is wrong with the bumper? Is that primer and paint? Seems like the paint booth missed a spot or is it something else? This is not a reflection, I looked from multiple angles. I use to be a modelor in another life and when I missed a spot on the paint application it would look like this... Car has not been prepped at all, so I assume the dealership will fix this before I take her home.



Any comments appreciated!

 

Do you have any larger, higher resolution pics? It's a little hard to tell.

Sorry this is all I had taken. A forum member contacted me by PM and mentioned he had seen this before and that it may be moisture trapped beneath the clearcoat during shipping. He was spot on! The dealer put some heat to it today and *poof* gone! This is great news as I really was not looking forward to a bumper repaint.
