Default My new Q5 T2.0

Just picked up my new 2011 q5 t 2.0 from Mark Motors in Ottawa. I am lead to believe it is one of the first to arrive in Canada. For those of you who have been waiting to hear what the 8 speed transmission and 2.0t is like I will tell you you will not be dissapointed. This car really moves aand the engine is extremely quiet.

Ice Silver Metallic
Premium Plus
Sun Roof
Bang and Olufsen Sound

Ordered mid April and delivered yesterday.

I'd also be interested to know the amount of mileage you'll get on a full tank (assuming the tank is 75L) for a mix of city/hwy. Best I was able to do was 11.3 combined 50/50 with AC running which is very impressive.

Its been 3 months or so since I test drove the 3.2 but I feel this car is quicker off the mark than the 3.2. Where it may be slower in reponse is when you get in the range of 140kms or more. Just my opinion.

While I am yet to drive the 2.0t Q5 (driven the A4 though) my guess would gear 1 will probably quicker on the 2.0t due to the extra 11 torque however over all response will certainly be less due to the 70HP difference. So you're probably right on with your above statement.

Will try the 2.0 liter (at the Agincourt/Scarborough dealership) when I do my first oil change...currently have 4K on the S-Line (picked it up 1st June 2010). Yes, I eat kms for breakfast! How's your baby, warcity?

Love her, she's great, can't remember the last time I was in a gas station, truly amazing consumption. Will be cleaning her up this weekend perhaps.
